Hex signs are old-world icons found on barns across America and Europe. They symbolize good luck, protect farmers, their families, livestock and crops. Two hex signs grace the barns at Oakwood Gardens. One features honeybees and sunflowers, symbolizing life’s sweetness and the connection between all living things. The other features an oak tree and acorns. The oak tree represents strength and longevity while the acorn represents potential and growth.
